Independence -- Northington Consulting does not provide the services of an insurance agent or broker.  This independence enables you to receive sound objective advice with only your interests in mind.  We provide independent counseling based on understanding your needs, the environment in which you operate and the present condition of the insurance market. We analyze your operations, listen, make solid recommendations and we help you put them into action. Consultation provides assurance of appropriate property and casualty insurance design.  As you manage your business, it's your job to make important decisions. It's our job to make sure that you do not have to make those decisions alone.

It is important to remain independent:

•  We are directly responsible only to our clients, not an agent, broker or insurer

•  We refuse assignments that would impair our objectivity

•  We are not owned by, nor do we own any direct ownership interest in, any insurance company,

    insurance agency or claim administrator
