Northington Consulting can provide ongoing insurance program management and monitoring on a retainer basis.  This involves not only putting the insurance program and risk management techniques selected by the client into action but it includes monitoring the ongoing results on a periodic basis. To a certain degree, you are able to "outsource" some of your risk management functions.

Monitoring can include training appropriate personnel as well as meeting with upper management to maintain open communication and keep information flowing.  Actual achievement of goals established for normal or expected loss are measured against the "target" level of performance.  Correction of substandard performance levels are  addressed when loss frequencies or severities are above normal.
